Four Qualities to Look for in Accredited Online Colleges

Distance Education (Photo Credit: mcwetboy)
There are many things to consider when choosing the right online college for your education. It is important to find the college that can give you the education that you deserve. If you are looking for the best accredited college for you, what qualities should you consider?

1. Does the online college offer you the best choice of classes for your major?
With so many online colleges popping up, one of the advantages is that you will be able to find the best way to earn your degree. You can map out and plan all of your classes right on your PC. You will have the opportunity to browse through course descriptions and check class times.

2. Availability of instructors to answer questions.
Distance learning, or an education online is at a disadvantage because the student does not see the teacher every day, there is no office to meet with the teacher if they have questions at the current time. When deciding on an online education, the student will want to be sure that he or she has access to the instructors in the case that questions arise. Online college professors are eligible to earn awards through online acknowledgement.

3. Job placement.
Just as four-year colleges and universities have access to internships and job placement for their students, your online experience can offer you the opportunities that are available in your field of study. At a time when no one is guaranteed a job, it becomes more important than ever to find the best "way in." An internship that turns into a full-time job, or at least eligible job placement affiliated with your online college can make the difference in attaining work right away, as opposed to presenting resumes and pounding the pavement.

4. Does your college share your values and beliefs?
If you and your family are particular with a college that believes in the same values as you do, then it is important for you to find a college that specifically caters to a Christian education. It takes a little research, but you can find the best online Christian college that offers your major. Online Christian colleges not only offer Christian studies, but they also offer a large variety of majors in many career fields. Your college experience in these cases are geared towards your Christian beliefs, which, for some people, is just as important as the classes themselves.

The choice of an online college is a big decision. There are so many colleges to choose from and so many courses of study. Take the time to choose your education, the college that works best for you and eventually reach the career of your dreams.

Software To Monitor Your Employees

Yesterday hubby and I went to his favorite coffee shop at the mall when we noticed that the extension building on the mall just in front of the coffee shop is now open. The newly opened mall was so inviting because the first store you could see is the very well-known Starbucks Coffee. When hubby was done with his espresso coffee, we headed to the new mall. It has not been filled with tenants yet. There were still empty spaces around the mall.

While walking at the second floor, I saw the salesclerk of the electronic store was just playing online games on the laptop. He was not entertaining customers, and he didn't bother at all if there’s a customer coming inside the store. I wish I would know the owner of the store, so I could tell them to install Employee Monitoring Software for their employees.

This tool is an effective way of monitoring employees, especially if they are working in a distant. It could perform as the virtual eye of the company. No one could ever escape from the eyes of the big boss if you have this tool installed in every employee’s computers. You could even monitor what they have been doing on the computer by getting a screenshot of their works. I was lucky that this Employee Monitoring Software was not yet introduced when I was working at the office for there were times that I was playing card games on my computer, and no one could ever tell that I was just playing because my table was in front of the door and the computer was facing on me.

If I have a business now, I would surely like to have this Employee Monitoring Software installed in every employee’s computer to ensure that everybody is working properly. My Team Monitor is the one who could provide you this software. Installation is easy and could be done in a minute. Payment is per employee basis. So, what are you waiting for, sign up and start downloading the software now and let your employees be productive everyday.

Weekend Wonder

At the end of the work week, there is unspoken celebration. Everyone looks forward to the weekend. Saturdays and Sundays are days in the week when one can be recharged, rejuvenated and refreshed, and when Monday comes, the thought that the weekend is only five days away leaves room for anticipation. It is only Thursday today, but my son couldn’t wait for this weekend because we have planned to go back at Samal Island this weekend.

Fun Things to Do With Your Kids on Summer Break

If you enjoy spending time with children and coming up with fun activities, you might wish to explore your future with an Early Childhood Education Degree. When the weather cooperates, summer is an excellent time for being active outside. Children love heading to the beach or a local park for a day of play. Picking a picnic lunch or bringing along hot dogs and marshmellows to roast makes things even more fun. Camping and hiking are also fun family activites that are affordable and encourage physical activity. If you are unable to head to the beach or camping, setting up a kiddie pool and sprinkler or a tent in the yard are fun ways to bring the beach and the campground home.

We also really like heading to the library in the summer. This is a good option for a rainy day, or when it is so hot you can't bear being away from the air conditioning. If the library is nearby and it is nicer out, this also makes a good bike ride destination. Many libraries have fun summer programs; our local library brings in magicians and reptiles! The library also offers a summer reading club with prizes, which encourages kids to continue reading throughout the summer.

If your child is older, there are also many fun options for pre-teens and teens during the summer. Summer vacation is a great time to stay active and try new things, so try signing your child up for a sports class. Tennis, swimming, and softball are summer favorites. Many teens and pre-teens enjoy their independence during the summer months, so try to offer your child an opportunity to be creative. Thrift stores often have summer sidewalk sales. Your teen may enjoy searching for vintage cloths or cheap ways to decorate their bedroom. There are many easy patterns online for transforming t-shirts into something new using only scissors, a needle, and thread. There are also a lot of creative ideas for room decor.  Your teenager or pre-teen may enjoy "making over" their room for cheap.

When all else fails, heading out for the day can be a great way to bust the boredom. Head to a local waterpark or pool for the day; many local leisure centers offer fun activity days for kids in the pool. Local parks and rec centers usually have affordable day camp programs, which can help to break up the long summer days. Trips to local museums are yet another hit.

If you're a parent who is able to come up with fun yet educational ways to keep your kids busy over the summer break, you might have just what it takes to become a teacher. Check out http://www.californiateachingcredential.org/ for more information.

Weekend Break

This was taken when we left the beach late in the afternoon. Janjan was looking into the water, and I asked him what he was looking at. He said, there were lots of small fish under the water. He also asked if those were the fishes that I cooked sometimes. Lol. Anyway, even if we were tired of our weekend break, everybody was happy.

The Resort

These were taken at Forest Hill Resort a few weeks ago. This resort is very affordable and perfect for all occasions because they have their own function rooms. The cottages are free to use. There are small and big nipa hut cottages around the area, but it is not near to the pool. If you want to get near to the pool, use the long table and benches just beside the pool.

Jan's School Recognition Day

Oh! My son was dancing here and not just standing at the back. Lol He was wearing black polo shirt with a blue shirt under. It was their recognition day at school. After their performance, I asked him why he didn't dance so well, he said, he was shy because daddy was watching. Ha ha. Anyway, Janjan will just dance at home if it is only me, and his kuya are watching.

Kid's Pool and the Outdoor Shower

The first photo is the kid's pool at Blujaz Beach Resort while the second photo is the outdoor shower for swimmers. Having an outdoor bath at home is a daring move. Not a lot of people are open to the idea of taking their private sanctuary outside its conventional spot, but there are some who find the concept refreshing and not at all unusual.

Finding good-quality compressor parts.

My father was asked by my brother to find good-quality compressor parts here in our place. My brother, who is currently living in Canada, just wanted to compare the prices from here to their place. He will be visiting us next month, and he was planning to bring air compressor parts for my father’s air compressor. Our father is a driver mechanic, and even if he is not young anymore, he is still doing some mechanic services for his old customers, including our relatives who are living nearby. We are just lucky that we don’t need to hire a mechanic whenever our car has trouble.

By the way, I have not asked my brother yet if he knows Edmac compressor parts. I only have found this site a while ago, and I guess he must visit the site, so he would know the prices, manufacturers and the brand he likes. One thing I like on this online store is that, they are authorized wholesale distributor of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifically Air compressor Parts and Accessories, in which, the names are registered trademark of every manufacturer. They also provide high-quality air compressor parts on any model of air compressor at reasonable prices. Anyway, I already bookmark the page so I could refer this to my brother later today. How about you, are you looking for compressor parts? Perhaps the site is what you were looking for. Try to visit them now.

Downtown Austin Condos

A home is the biggest purchase most people will ever make. This decision will affect your life for many years, so you want to make sure that you get the great deal you can. Once you have made the decision to buy a new home, it’s tempting to run out, grab a real estate agent and start shopping right away. But in order to find the right house and get the best deal on it, there are several things you need to do before the search begins.

First, know what you are looking for. Your first task is to decide exactly what you want in a new house: A two or three-bedroom condominium at Austin luxury condos, an older house in an historic neighborhood or perhaps you want a recently built home in a newly developed area. The more thought you have given to what kind of home, neighborhood and amenities you’re interested in, the easier it will be to weed through all the homes that are available.

Next, know what you can afford. The most important thing you need to figure out is how much money you can afford to spend on a house. At condos in downtown Austin, you could find condos that will surely fit to your budget. In addition, the Austonian is a proud member of the Austin Energy Green Building and has received a four-star rating from the Austin Energy Green Building Rating System.

Beach in Samal Island

These were the slides for the kids at Blujaz Beach Resort. Children 10-year old and below are allowed to play and slide if accompanied by their parents, guardians, or nannies. The gigantic slides are for 13-year old, and above. The slides are safe because every slide has somebody assigned to assist the kids and taught them the proper way to slides. But you know; kids are kids, especially boys. Sometimes they don't listen, but in case they don't, the watcher will call the parents or guardians.

It was my son wearing red swimming trunks on the first photo. These were taken last Saturday at the Blujaz Beach Resort and Waterfront in Samal Island. The kids and my husband wanted to go back there this Easter Sunday, but I told them that we could go back anytime but not on Easter Sunday for I know it will be full of people this coming Sunday.

Share Your Thought at the Mom's Forum.

I have been a member of World of Filipinas forum and I was really active on that site when I was a new member. World of Filipinas is the place for women who are planning to marry a foreign national or married to a foreign national, mostly from USA. The site really helps for those who are seeking for help on how to apply a spousal visa, fiancée/ fiancé visa and even tourist visa for USA. I am so thankful on that site because I met many Filipinas who are now living abroad with their foreign husbands. Some of them thought me on how to make a blog. This is the best thing on joining a forum. You could learn so many things.

Now I have found a women's forum site for moms like me. I am not a member yet, and I am very interested to join this site for I know I would surely learn so many things specifically being a mom to my children and a wife to my husband. The discussions that I have read were all interesting and educational. My first born is already an adult, and the youngest is now a teenager. They are all boys, so probably; I could share something that could be interesting to the members.

This site is similar to World of Filipinas, aside from posting a thread; you could also send private messages to other members. You can create a photo album, reply to other member’s thread, comments on photos of other members, and a lot more. Everyone can join for free and you don’t have to be a computer expert when you join the site. You just have to create your unique username, password and a valid email address. So, if you are a mom or soon to be a mom; this site is exactly a perfect place to be connected with the other moms around the world. By the way, I love the thread entitled “Easier to raise boys or girls”? So, what is your opinion then about this thread? To reply on this thread, you have to register it first for you to be able to share your thoughts about this question.

How do you celebrate Holy Week?

Austin, Tx is the Best Place to Buy Used Vehicles.

Some people prefer to lease a new car and not buy it. It is probably because they can’t afford the down payment of more than 20% of the total value of the car. But why lease a new car if you could own a very affordable used car. Summer is approaching, and it is the best time to buy a four-wheel vehicle. An educated buyer can save more money than an uneducated buyer on an average-priced used car. At Austin Tx used cars, you could find your next vehicle for a very reasonable price. All used cars are in good condition, and you could check online the mileage, pricing and the specification of the vehicle you like.

When you shop for a used car, Lief Johnson Superstore is exactly the perfect place to buy used vehicles in the Austin area. If you don’t know the exact address, here are the addresses of the Lief Johnson Superstore. They have actually three superstores in the area.

Leif Johnson Used Car Superstore North. Address: 12931 Hwy 183 North, Austin, TX 78750.

Leif Johnson Used Car South. Address: 5315 E. Ben White Blvd., Austin, TX 78744, just south of the 71 highway, and

Leif Johnson Used Car Superstore Central. Address: 501 E. Koenig Lane, Austin, TX 78751, west of the 35 freeway.

So, what are you waiting for, get a chance to visit their superstore. By the way, they also accept buying your car even if you don’t like to buy theirs. For more information, just visit the official website and talk to one of the online customer’s representatives. Buying a used car can be a great investment. Enjoy your shopping.

Scare away excessive energy bills with Bosch.

Bosch has been making home tools for years. Things like drills, saws and screwdrivers have been improving. However, they also make domestic appliances and Bosch washing machines are going to improve the household bills immensely.

Most washing machines achieve an efficient A or A+ energy rating. Bosch can offer you machines with an amazing A+++ rating! This makes it one of the most efficient on the market for its energy usage. Using special sensors inside the drum, it will only use the exact amount of water needed for how many clothes are inside. Weekend Getaway

On Saturday, the kids had a blast at the beach. Finally, we went to Blujaz Resort and Waterfront in Samal Island here in our place. We always planned to have fun on that place, but it was always rescheduled due to some appointments that must be done first. And on Saturday, we finally did it. But sad to say, my other niece (Jaja) and nephew (3rdy) were not able to come with us because Jaja was sick. We supposed to postpone it again because the two kids can't come with us, but on Friday night, we decided to go on even without the two kids. Below are some of the photos that were taken at Bluejaz Resort.

Too funny, I was fooled by my friends.

I didn't know that today is April Fool's Day. When I opened my Facebook this afternoon, I received a message from one of my friends, and she said, if I could lend her $20 today. I was surprised and couldn't believe it for I know she has no problem when it comes to money. Her husband is a good provider so why she was asking if I could lend her money. Another friend of mine, posted on her wall that she won a jackpot lotto but not too big but enough not to work for five years. I congratulated her actually. These two ladies made my day today. When I replied to the $20 and ask if this was true, she gave me a good laugh. When I posted a comment to jackpot lotto, somebody commented also and wrote "AFD". It was too late for me to know that AFD is stands for April Fool's Day. Tsk! tsk! What a day.
