This is the automated paying machine that I used when paying our telephone bills. The company has changed their way of accepting payment not long ago. We used to pay over the counter, but it has been changed, and they want us to pay our bills on the automated paying machine. The only problem in this machine is, when you are paying an overdue account, there is a tendency that you will be disconnected because the company staff will open this machine two times a week. So, to avoid disconnection, call the hotline office after paying the bills. The operator will ask your receipt number, telephone number and the name of the subscriber.
