Affordable and Stylish Eyeglasses

In the family, both of my parents are wearing eyeglasses for a couple of decades now while I, have been wearing eyeglasses only last year. Honestly, for me, wearing eyeglasses is so annoying, but I have no choice because I couldn't read anymore without my eyeglasses. I once told to try a contact lens, but I guess eyeglasses are better than a contact lens. I don’t need to clean it with a solution, and it is very easy to take care of.

I am planning to buy a new pair of eyeglasses for I am tired of my single vision eyeglasses. My mother wears a progressive type, and I also want the same. As I was surfing here on the net, it came to my mind the Zennioptical where you could buy affordable and yet stylish eyeglasses. I was lucky then for they have now a $6.95 Rx Glasses worth of eyeglasses. The glasses include Anti-Scratch Coating, Protective Case, Cleaning Cloth, Thin and Light 1.57 Index Lens, and Full UV Protection. I guess this a great package. My glasses are still good, but I really like to have a progressive type vision now. At least I can wear it anytime without having trouble with the vision. So, hopefully I could get it one of these days.

Blue Monday - Coffee Shop

This was the place I used to hang out when I was in Manila. When I got tired of walking around the mall, I just stayed there and had my coffee. The signage of this coffee shop has blue light color, so I thought its perfect for my Blue Monday meme hosted by Smiling Sally. If you have not yet part of this Meme, you can join by clicking the link that I have provided for you.

Have a great week ahead!

Legal Assistance on Defective Drugs.

Have you ever experienced taking a medicine prescribed by a doctor but then eventually it has a side effect to your body? Yes, it happened to me a few years ago. I called right away my doctor, and I told him the effects of the medicine he prescribed to me. So the doctor requested me to go back in his clinic. But before I left in our home, I write down each medication I was taking, the strength of the medicine, and the effect after taking those medicines. Fortunately, it was not a bad reaction to my body, and I just need a lower dosage on that medicine. However, what about those medicines that eventually it causes the death or injury of your love ones after taking a certain kind of medicine. Have you heard about avandia lawsuit? If not, then read about this lawsuit so you will know what is exactly you need to know about Avandia.

Affordable Insurance

Isn’t it nice to be on the beach, enjoying the sand and sun or relaxing in your own backyard knowing that you are still reaping the fruits of your past? Actors, musicians, insurance agents, landlords and business owners are just a few of these individuals. You too can do it if you will act now. Why not try to get a 30 year term life insurance for yourself or for your family. Isn’t be nice if your future is safe and secured? If I am only having a very good income today, I would like to get a thirty year term life insurance or a 20 year term life insurance for my family. My parents are both insured but not me and my kids. So, I hope I could get this life insurance soon. I am sure on getting the right policy, dedication and a sincere passion for building financial security…you can become independently wealthy.

Nostalgic Thursday - Getting Older or Getting Younger!

When I was 11 years old, our neighbors told me that I look like 15 years old. When I was 16, they told me that I look like 20 years old, and when I was 20, they told me that I look like 22 years old. When I got my first child at 25, they said I look like 22, I said what??? I guess I started looking younger when I was pregnant with my first child. Ha ha. As my age getting older, my looks didn’t fit to it my aunt said. Well, I guess she is right because nobody could tell my real age if I won’t tell them the truth. My friends were asking what my secret is. I told them that I have no secret, but I guess, it’s on our genes. My mother is now 67 years old, but she looks like in her early 60’s. My father is now 72 years old, but he looks younger to his age as well.

However, even if it’s on our genes that we look younger to our age, one thing for sure, I always watched my diet. For my height of 5 feet and 3 inches tall, I maintained my weight of 110 to 112 lbs, no big tummy (but not too flat). If you ask me who is my inspiration? (Bingkee asked me this lol) My great inspiration is to window shop sexy dresses, buy sexy tops, and two piece swimsuits for myself. Lol. Those are the things that made me inspire to stay slim. Ha ha.

When I was 16 after I got confined for a month at the hospital.

Apartments in Davao.

This coming Saturday, I have an appointment again to a real estate broker, but this time, it is not a condominium, it’s an apartment style somewhere in the south my broker said. She gave me a brochure a few days ago so I can have an idea to the apartment designs, and funny because they named each building to a place somewhere in UK. They have manchester apartments, Cambridge apartments, Southville and Eastville apartments to name a few. The photos look so great, but I am not sure if it is also good on the actual design. Well, let us see on Saturday if the place is really nice and safe for a foreigner to stay. That’s the first thing I am looking for an apartment, or a house and lot, the security of the place.

A phone call from my nephew.

Last night, this cute little boy on the picture called me on the phone. I was not sure if he was just playing on the phone, or he really misses me now. I have not seen him for a month I guess. My heart melted when I heard him saying Mommy, I meth yu (mommy, I miss you). He’s my loving nephew, and he will be celebrating his 3rd birthday two months from now. Her mother told him that we will not be here on his birthday anymore, and he asked why. The mother told him that we will go to a place very far from their house; he said then to ride a jeepney so we can come on his birthday. I wish it is just as simple as that my little 3rdy hahaha.

My little nephew. His name is 3rdy. Isn't he cute?

I am looking for a condominium.

Yesterday, I received a text message from my mobile phone, and I was invited for a house tripping near to our place. Since I also have a meeting today at the mall with one of my friends here in the blogging world, I accepted the invitation. So, this afternoon, after the meeting of my friend, I headed to the real estate broker’s place, and I told her that I am ready for the tripping.

The place was just at the back of the mall, so it was not too far for me to walk. We went to their condominium projects, and she presented the model unit of the said condominium. The unit was fully furnished, well arranged, and had a beautiful picture frame of villas in Italy. Anyway, I guess you were wondering why I was looking for a condo unit, apartment or villas. My Swedish family would like to retire here in Davao, and while I am still here, they asked me to look for it. That’s the reason why I am now busy talking with the real estate brokers.

I have met bloggers today.

Monday evening, when I opened my Facebook account, I had a message from one of my friends here in blogosphere. She asked if we could meet in person on Wednesday, and that is today. I was excited when I read it, but I also had a doubt if I could meet her for I and my nephew have an appointment with his doctor today. Gladly, she adjusted the time of the meeting. And this afternoon, I met in person one of my idols here in the blogosphere, and her two friends who are also bloggers. I won’t mention yet her name for I need to upload first our pictures together. I promise to post it here in a few days. Can you guess who is she?

Searching for a domain name is not easy.

These past few weeks, I was busy accompanying my nephew for his medical examination. His father who is my brother asked a favor from me to assist his son for all he needs pertaining to his sponsorship for his son going to Canada. On Friday, I will get the result of my nephew’s medical test. I just wish that everything will be all right for I know when he was still a kid, he had a lung problem.

Anyway, I am really happy that my page rank got back after so many months of waiting. If you are my follower, you would definitely know that I lost my page rank early last year. I had no idea why my rank was gone, but then it was also a coincidence for I wanted to buy a domain name at that time. In fact, before my page rank had gone, I started creating for a domain name, and I proceeded to domain search when the name was ready.

However, I also asked a second opinion to my friends about searching for a domain. They know that I had a good page rank, so they advised me not to buy a domain yet while I still have my page rank. They told me about the consequences if I will buy a domain while having a page rank, so I listened to them. A few days after, my page rank was disappeared. I was in Sweden when I bought a domain name, and it has been ten months now that I am using my own domain.

Google is updating our blog's PR.

I woke up late this morning, and I don’t feel to get up from my bed. I just want to sleep longer, but I couldn’t. If you could only see my laundry basket, it is really full now waaaaaa. Janjan was already here in the computer when I got up. I told him to finish his game because I will use the computer. I opened my Facebook account first, and I read one of my blogger friends thanking Mr. G, or Google for updating her blog and gave her a higher PR. Of course, I congratulated her, and I even left a message to her that Mr. G has forgotten me a long time now, and I was not interested to check my PR after leaving the message.

After Facebook, I opened this blog and read all the comments, and I visited and commented to their blogs as well. I didn’t notice the Firefox toolbar that has Google Page Rank button which I downloaded a few months ago has a longer green bar color which indicates my blog has been updated. So, I clicked it and to my surprised, my PR of 3 is back. Wow! I thought Mr. Google ignored me already. The last update of this blog was in April, 2010. I also checked my other blog, and it has PR 2 now. I would like to say Big Thanks to Mr. Google for giving back my PR’s which I lost in early 2010. Thank you so much. I would be happier if my friend’s blogs got an increase of their PR’s too (para masaya lahat).

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of luvfree. All opinions are 100% mine.

I have found a free online dating site today. I was interested to read all the details of this site because I want to recommend it to my friend who is still single until now. The site is totally free for those who want to join. There is no hidden cost whatsoever. When you become a member you are free to use to all their dating services such as blogs, mailing system, chatting, rating member’s profile and photos.

All members are obviously looking or wanting to meet new friends or maybe more like looking for their soul mates. So, all you have to do is to be active on the site, be online as much as possible because your profile will be on the top search if you have visited the site frequently. And if your description fits to what they were searching for, there is a big chance for you to receive more visitors.

However, there are still other ways to improve your chances that a member will click your profile, such as posting the right picture, be visible on chatting so they can read your profile, and write interesting information of yourself in your blog. So, if you want to meet new friends all over the world, or you are looking for your soul mate, then LuvFree is the right place for you. Join now.

A Letter from a precious friend

When I got home today, my mother handed me a letter, but since I was so tired from today’s doctor’s appointment, I headed to my room and took a nap. It was almost dark when I woke up, and I remember the letter that mother gave to me. I opened it without reading the sender’s name because I was not wearing my eyeglasses. Janjan was beside me when I opened it, we were both surprised when we saw that it was a Christmas card. When I opened the card, there was a small paper dropped to the floor. Janjan picked it up and said “wow! ang ganda nya, parang si Akesha (Wow, she’s pretty like Akesha), and when I look at it, it was Rylie, the beautiful daughter of Rose and John Ha ha. I was really happy when I read the Christmas greetings even late.

I know Rose sent me a card, but when I heard on the news that one of the container vans of Philippine Post Office was hi-jacked, I was sad and hoping that the card is not included on that van.

I treasured all the cards that I have received. For me, the message is more valuable than the material things. You can read it again and again, and still it will give you smile on your face. So to Cottrill’s family, from the bottom of my heart, HUGE THANKS to you guys. I salute you for being wonderful parents to Rylie and EJ, and best friends to everybody. Muah!!

BTW: I’ll post the picture tomorrow for it is not good if I will take picture on it now for it is dark already.

Let's Play Bingo!

I just got home from our appointment today. I have mentioned from my previous post that I will be busy this week for my nephew’s medical examination. We went to the assigned practitioner today, and I was glad that we finished the whole examination. I thought we will not be able to finish it for there were lots of immigrant applicants also. On lunch break, we headed to the mall and ate our lunch. While we were eating, I saw a woman holding bingo cards. It has been a couple of years I guess the last time I was at the bingo sites. I love playing bingo, and for me this is a very exciting game, especially when you are just waiting for one or two numbers to be called. I wish one day I could play bingo again.

Tongue Twister

My nephew was surfing on the net before he went home. He was looking for a Tongue Twister poem for his school assignment, and here’s what he found today. I thought of sharing it to you because we had fun here while reading this as fast as we could. It always ended up to a wrong word and sounds funny. So, I want you to try reading this poem, and then reading it back in a faster way. Let’s see if you can make it perfect, but if you can't, let me know what word or words that you pronounce it funny.

Mr. See owned a saw.
And Mr. Soar owned a seesaw.
Now, See's saw sawed Soar's seesaw
Before Soar saw See,
Which made Soar sore.
Had Soar seen See's saw
Before See sawed Soar's seesaw,
See's saw would not have sawed
Soar's seesaw.
So See's saw sawed Soar's seesaw.
But it was sad to see Soar so sore
just because See's saw sawed
Soar's seesaw.

Window Shopping

I went out even if the weather is not good today. I supposed to go to the supermarket yesterday but the lazy bug attacked again that is why, even if the weather is not good, I still went out and headed to the supermarket. Since it was still early in the afternoon, I decided to window shop a little. I remember that my kid’s room needs something to cover on the window, especially in the afternoon. The afternoon sunlight is facing to the window, and it made the room so warm and hot. That is why when Janjan saw roller blinds on the net, he likes it and wanted me to look for it. I found roller blinds at the mall, but I couldn’t find the exact length of the blinds that I need. Well, there are lots of stores selling any kinds of blinds, so probably I could get it there.

Perfect for Game-Day Party

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TABASCO® Original Red. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have you tried Beef Caldereta or (Beef Stew) with  TABASCO® Original Red? If not, then you should try it. I can guarantee that your visitors will surely love your new found ingredients to your caldereta. The simple flavor or combination of salt, red pepper, and vinegar makes your caldereta so delicious. While the Super Bowl is still around the corner, why not invite your friends to come over and make a Game-Day Party Menu so that everyone could enjoy the game. I guess, it is exciting if everyone is helping making your Game-Day Party as an excellent and thrilling day. You could also include to your party the Pizza Perfected with the Tabasco® Original Red to enhance the flavor of your pizza and make every bite as luscious as can be. You could all be very busy and happy at the same time because, if you were busy preparing or making your pizza perfect but not happy, it wouldn't be worth it.   So, while your eyes are enjoying the Super Bowl game, let's make your mouth enjoying the food you have to make.

In 1868, the McIlhenny family introduced the first sauce called the TABASCO ® Original Red. As the years passed by, the family continuously established the product, and they have now 6 popular sauces in the market. The TABASCO ® Original Red is not about the hotness of the sauce. It’s the tastes that enrich the flavor of your food. No other artificial flavor on it, it’s just simply enhances the flavor of food.
Anyhow, here are the ingredients of Beef Caldereta.
1 kg. beef ribs
2 cups and 2 tbsp unsweetened pineapple juice
2 pieces small onions, sliced
1 to 2 spoons of TABASCO ® Original Red
2 tbsp. cooking oil

1 tbsp. pickle relish
1 250ml. tomato sauce
1 85g. can liver spread
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
salt and powder pepper to taste
2 pieces medium potatoes, cubed and fried
1 piece medium carrots, cubed and fried
Procedure:
  1. Combine beef, pineapple juice, onions in a pan. Boil briskly then lower heat. Continue simmering until beef is tender or about 2 hours. Set aside.
  2. Using a different pan, heat oil then sauté garlic and onions until limp. Add back tenderized beef and broth, bring to a boil.
  3. Add pickle relish, tomato sauce, TABASCO ® Original Red, liver spread and cheese. Continue simmering until sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and powder pepper to taste.
  4. Add fried potatoes and carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.

Blue Monday - The Wine, Sky and Ocean

How was your weekend everyone? I wish it was great. Our weekend was not really good. On Saturday was pretty sunny, but on Sunday early evening, the sky was mad, and it poured heavy rains together with a wild strong wind. When I went out the house after the rains, our yard looks like a pond, I was scared to go out because I am scared with frogs Ha ha. All of them were very happy, and they were singing. Anyway, when I woke up this morning, the water subsided already.

Well, since today is Monday, here is my entry for this week. It’s my glass of blue Margarita. We were at the bar almost every night last Christmas, and this was one of my orders. Sometimes I ordered Black or White Russian wine, or Baileys. The second photo was the blue sky and the blue ocean which was taken a few weeks ago.

Boudreaux’s Butt Paste for your Babies.

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Boudreaux's Butt Paste. All opinions are 100% mine.

When my kids were still babies, I got worried when they had diaper rash again. It made me sick, whenever I saw spotted rashes on a baby’s bottom. I used a diaper rash ointment, but it won’t heal easily.  Last Christmas, my cousin visited here in the Philippines together with her eight months old baby. As I was looking at her on how she took good care of her baby, I noticed that she wasn't bothered, even if she was alone. It seemed like she was well prepared for her baby. I told her that when my kids were small, I always had a problem with a diaper rash. She smiled at me and handed me the handy travel size of Boudreaux’s Butt Paste for babies.

Now I have learned that  Boudreaux's Butt Paste is really effective when it comes to diaper rash care. It is recommended by a pediatrician and was featured on top shows like Oprah Show, Tonight Show, and Today Show to name a few.  Boudreaux's Butt Paste® was specifically formulated by a pharmacist with direction from a respected pediatrician to provide effective diaper rash care. It contains 16% Zinc Oxide and Peruvian Balsam that could help the irritated skin to ease the pain. It is available in convenient sizes of 1oz, 2oz, 3oz and 4oz tubes, 16oz jar.
If you have not yet tried this Boudreax’s butt paste, and you have a baby in your home, get a chance to visit the site. By visiting them, you can get a free sample of the product at Boudreaux’s Butt Paste.

A Perfect Place for Family Holidays.

Last Christmas our Philippine Lotto Sweepstakes, specifically the 6/55 Lotto had made over 700 Million jackpot price. You could see everyday all the lotto outlets were having long lines just to purchase lotto tickets hoping to win the jackpot price. I was one of those who fantasized the winning price. I imagined myself that if I will win, I would definitely have a family holiday anywhere in the world that my family loves to visit.

I know Europe has lots to offer, so it would be our first choice and family holidays Holland would be a perfect place for us if I will win. Anyway, the lucky winner of 6/55 lotto game was a Filipino living in the USA, and he just visited Philippines to spend his holiday with friends and relatives. He bought his ticket before his flight back to USA, and he came back to the Philippines when he learned that he won the jackpot price. What a lucky old granddad.

Jeepney Rides: Hop In, Hop Out!

I got home from the dentist late in the afternoon. What do you expect now, of course I am tired for we don’t have a car, and so whenever I went out, we took a jeepney ride. I only took a taxi if I have lots of loads like grocery items. When we went to the dentist, we passed to the mall’s parking space. I saw nice cars like Honda cars, Toyota cars but I couldn't see any model of Lexus Cars, my brother’s dream car. I wish I have my own car because it is really hard to commute through public utility vehicle or jeepney especially on rainy days. Sometime I don’t like to ride the small type jeepneys, but if I am on a hurry, I have no choice but to hop in. Riding a jeepney takes time also, because they have to pick up passengers along the way, and others will get off. The driver will only stop picking up passengers if his jeepney is full already.

Dentist Appointment.

Oh today is Thursday, and its time for Nostalgic Marveling meme hosted by Pretty Rose. I guess, my memory lane still hiding to the corner of my mind. Lol or maybe I am just stressed for I will be busy again this week and until next week for my nephew’s medical examination. He’s migrating Canada because his father (my brother) sponsors him to live in Canada for good. I need to accompany him for he is only 14 years old. And this afternoon, we are scheduled to visit the dentist. The dentist clinic is inside the mall. I wish the mall has WIFI service, so I could borrow Jason’s mobile phone, and I will play Facebook while waiting for him. But sad to say, NCCC has no WIFI, only SM Mall has WIFI internet connections.

New Mobile Phone

My son bought a new mobile phone last Christmas. It’s Samsung Corby Wifi. It has so many nice features that he will surely enjoy. He gave his old mobile phone to his little brother. At first he was planning to bring it to the mobile phone recycling company, but he changed his mind, and he decided to let his brother use the old phone. I went to the mall this afternoon, and I was tempted to use his new mobile phone, since he just left it in his drawer. I just want to try how to surf on the internet using his mobile phone since the mall has WIFI service and it’s free for the shoppers to use. Nevertheless, my conscience can’t take to use a thing that is not mine and without asking permission from the owner. So, I went to the mall without my son's mobile phone.

Ruby Tuesday - Red Couch

These were taken last the month or last year (2010). The mall designed a place where the people could make memorable photos during the holiday, and I was the one who can’t refuse not to sit on this beautiful red couch. The line was “kinda” long if you want to sit and take pictures, but the waiting was worthy for it was free. Santa Claus was not there yet when we had these photo sessions. I saw the schedule that Santa will sit on that couch and free to take pictures, but I can’t wait for him. Anyway, Janjan was not with me so; I decided not to wait for Santa.

Anyhow, these are my entries for today's Meme. Visit Work of the Poet, the host of this meme, for more Ruby Red entries. Have a great day everyone.

Things that we should bring in Sweden

Everyday I keep on checking, preparing all the things that we need to bring in Sweden. All our papers are now complete, but I know, our clothes at this moment can’t be wear alone for it is winter time. I bought some jackets for me and for Janjan, but that would not be enough I know. Yesterday, I was putting some clothes again to Janjan’s luggage, and he noticed that I didn’t include his toys like remote cars. He has five remote cars; two of these were just bought last month. The big remote car is not running anymore for I have no idea where I could buy Remote Control Spare Parts. Janjan wants me to bring this also, but I told him that I am not sure if we can fix it in Sweden. We can bring the two new remote cars but not the big old toy car. Well, I am not yet finished packing our things. I still need more clothes to bring, I guess. Do you have any suggestions on what to bring when you move from another country?

Blue Monday

I am back on this meme. I miss Smiling Sally’s meme. Anyway, here is my entry for this week. It was taken the last December. When my son saw these photos, he told me that I look like 27 years old and not 47 years old. Lol. I was thinking then if he needs something from me, but I know he wasn’t telling a lie. How many times that his friends at school thought that I am just his big sister or “Ate” in our language. My eldest son is 5’11 in height, and I am just 5’3. He is now 21 years old and has a serious relationship with his girlfriend, and I am not happy with it because I am not yet ready to become a grandmother waaaaaaa.

This was taken in the morning, and below was in the afternoon.

This photo was taken at one of the coffee shops at the mall. I looked so tired but I couldn’t remember why I was so tired on this picture. I guessed I was drunk the other night Hahaha.

To all Facebook lovers.

I was surprised to the news that I have read earlier. Facebook will end on March 15? This is really shocking news to all Facebook users. Anyway, I got this news at weeklyworldnews.com, and here’s the news below.

PALO ALTO, CA –Mark Zuckerberg announced that Facebook will be shut down in March. Managing the site has become too stressful.

“Facebook has gotten out of control,” said Zuckerberg in a press conference outside his Palo Alto office, “and the stress of managing this company has ruined my life. I need to put an end to all the madness.”

Zuckerberg went on to explain that starting March 15th, users will no longer be able to access their Facebook accounts.

“After March 15th the whole website shuts down,” said Avrat Humarthi, Vice President of Technical Affairs at Facebook. “So if you ever want to see your pictures again, I recommend you take them off the internet. You won’t be able to get them back once Facebook goes out of business.”

Zuckerberg said that the decision to shut down Facebook was difficult, but that he does not think people will be upset.

“I personally don’t think it’s a big deal,” he said in a private phone interview. “And to be honest, I think it’s for the better. Without Facebook, people will have to go outside and make real friends. That’s always a good thing.”

Some Facebook users were furious upon hearing the shocking news.
“What am I going to do without Facebook?” said Denise Bradshaw, a high school student from Indiana. “My life revolves around it. I’m on Facebook at least 10 hours a day. Now what am I going to do with all that free time?”

However, parents across the country have been experiencing a long anticipated sense of relief. “I’m glad the Facebook nightmare is over,” said Jon Guttari, a single parent from Detroit. “Now my teenager’s face won’t be glued to a computer screen all day. Maybe I can even have a conversation with her.”

Those in the financial circuit are criticizing Zuckerberg for walking away from a multibillion dollar franchise. Facebook is currently ranked as one of the wealthiest businesses in the world, with economists estimating its value at around 7.9 billion.

But Zuckerberg remains unruffled by these accusations. He says he will stand by his decision to give Facebook the axe.
“I don’t care about the money,” said Zuckerberg. “I just want my old life back.”

The Facebook Corporation suggests that users remove all of their personal information from the website before March 15th. After that date, all photos, notes, links, and videos will be permanently erased.

Will I be happy? No because I will miss my farm. Hu hu hu.
Will I be mad? Definitely, no for I can’t sell my farm!
Will I be sad? Yes, of course! I won’t see my farm anymore. Hu hu hu!

Seriously, I will miss Facebook for sure because this is also another way of communicating my friends around the globe. It seems like they are near when we were talking, or chatting. Well, that’s life, so lets harvest our crops now lol.

Would I be thankful?

I was lucky this morning for I could upload pictures from my files without any interruptions of my internet connection. It uploaded faster than before. I was happy when it didn’t take so long because today is Friday, and I want to join Skywatch meme from my iTravel blog.

However, when I came back here after our lunch, the connection was slow again. I couldn’t upload the whole page of my blog easily. As usual, I feel so bad and mad again. And since the connection was slow, I decided to spin my butt around the house while waiting for my blog to upload completely. I did my laundry pretty well, and while the washing machine was spinning, I also cooked green and ripe bananas. I checked the computer from time to time as well. Wow! I can do multi tasking because of my very slow internet connection. It was also like I was doing exercise by running here in the room where the computer is, run to the laundry area, and then run to the dirty kitchen to check my cooking. Ha ha would I be thankful for having a slow connection? Of course not! I still need a very fast internet connection huh!

Real Estate Broker or Agent

A few weeks ago, I met an old friend at the mall while I was doing my shopping. She is now currently working in a real estate business. We had a little conversation until she invited me to visit all their house projects like condominium, a house and lot package, or lot only. Since the house tripping is free and with snacks as well, I undertook the invitation. Consequently, we did it the next day. We visited first the attached and detached house and lot package, but only few are left, and then we visited the high class subdivision. The place was really nice, peaceful and with complete amenities. I love one of the house designs. It has three bedrooms and a small attic perfect for kid’s game place.

After we visited all their projects, we went to their office and had our snacks while she was explaining to me the details on how to purchase, cash or installment, and on how to be part of them. I was thinking to try to become a real estate agent for I was delighted to see her photocopied business checks issued by the company as her commissions to all her closed transactions. However, I doubt if I have a talent or skills on real estate business. I don’t have a sweet tongue, I am sure of that, but could it be learned?

I Miss Blogging

Last night I got a chance to visit some of my friends here in the blogosphere. I am so sorry for the others if I was not yet visited you back at this time. I miss reading your blogs guys, but due to my hectic schedule, I can't even have a chance to sit in front of my computer and if there was a chance, I was trying to post some memes, but since it is all about pictures like Blue Monday, Mellow Yellow Monday to name a few, I could not even post it because of my very slow internet connection. So, I hope you understand me guys and I promise to visit you back as soon as I am free from my daily and unexpected tasks here in our home. Anyhow, I will be back blogging in the next few days for sure. I miss you all.
