In the Philippines, the hard bloiled quail eggs also known as kwek-kwek is a popular street food delicacy, which consists of soft-boiled quail eggs dipped in orange-colored batter before being skewered and deep-fried.
Quail eggs are often believed to be very high in cholesterol, but evidence is showing that cholesterol levels are about similar to chicken eggs.
I also love these quail eggs to be mixed on food, especially when I cook chopsuey vegetables. Anyhow, this is my entry for today's Meme.
