Hair Loss Treatment

A few months ago, I met a woman inside the powder room. I was combing my hair so gently because I have a hair fall. That woman noticed that I was combing my hair so gently so she asked me if I have hair fall. I looked at her and I answered her yes while I was still in front of the mirror and still combing my hair. She said, she also had bad hair fall before but now no more because she was using a hair loss treatment. I was then interested when I heard it.

The next thing I realized, we were sitting already in a food chain having something to eat and just talking. She gave me the site where she ordered the hair loss product. Then later on that night, I went online and visited the site she told me. I was already convinced with the woman I met at the powder room that the hair loss products they have are very effective, and yet not expensive. I ordered Provillus for Women. This solution contains minoxidil for the topical formulation. It helps your hair re-grow healthy and stops the hair fall. It also helps to nourish your scalp. Just pour it to the tip of your fingers then massage it to the affected areas. Do this everyday. I tried so many products already for my hair fall but unfortunately I didn’t get any good results. This product is also good for men. They said that if it is hereditary, then there’s no solution for that. They were absolutely wrong because this product will surely help you to solve your hair problems. There’s no need for hair transplant or surgery. You can have your hair back as long as it is in active growing stage. This product is safe to use and guaranteed that you will have your hair back just like my hair right now. So stop worrying about your hair problem. Go now at and try Provillus and I am sure you will be satisfied with the results. Try to read also the previllus reviews so you will know how effective this product can be for your hair loss problems.

Tie a Yellow Ribbon for the recovery of our Madam Cory Aquino

With a rosary entwined around her right hand, former President Corazon Aquino continues to fight for her life at the Makati Medical Center, where she has been confined for the past month.

Her only son Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III said yesterday that his deeply spiritual mother called for all her five children the other night, and with youngest daughter Kris serving as her interpreter, relayed to them her final hopes and wishes.
“Take care of each other,” Mrs. Aquino told her five children Ballsy Cruz, Pinky Abellada, Viel Dee, Kris Yap, and himself, according to Senator Aquino.

We pray for the former president for a speedy recovery.

Filipinos are Chocolate Lovers.

Chocolates, whether in the form of bars, cakes, ice cream, candies or drinks can always be counted on to be a hit with people of all ages except for those who are allergic. Here in the Philippines , the best you can give as a present when you come from abroad or outside Philippines is chocolate. They are fighting for it.

I have two Filipino friends who are married to British nationals. When they visited here with their husbands, one of them called me just to ask what I want as a present. I told her I want Olay or Dove products like soap, cream and body lotion and she asked what's for the kids. I said just chocolate because I want chocolate too. When they came, they brought chocolates like Toblerone, M & M’s, Baby Ruth, Snickers, Hershey Bars, Kisses and Kit-Kat. Of course everybody was happy.

One time, we went to the mall including Graham the husband of my friend. He told Janjan, my youngest son, to get what he wants to have. My son runs to the toy section. Graham followed him and then before they got to the toy section, Graham saw the chocolates section. Graham was shocked when he saw that the chocolates they brought from UK were available here. He said why were the bloody chocolates also available here? He thought that we don’t have chocolates like the ones they brought. If he only knew that there are chocolates here like what they brought then he will not buy those chocolates there in UK . I laughed out loud and I told him that if he will just buy those chocolates here then the kids will not be happy and he asked why, was the taste different? I said no, they have the same tastes but the pleasure of eating the chocolates from abroad is totally different from just buying chocolates here. It was like, we are proud to eat imported chocolates brought from other countries. It was Paz, his wife and my friend, who explained to him about the chocolates.

Other reasons why Filipinos love chocolate as presents is simply because; chocolates are usually not included to our budget especially if our budget is very tight. Imported chocolates are expensive. I know it is sounds ridiculous but it is true that Filipinos that do not belong to a high class family or rich family, when we have friends, relatives coming from abroad, the first things we ask is “Did you bring chocolates?”

Taming Toddler Tantrums

TantrumThis is 3rdy, my nephew. He's a good boy and very sensitive boy. He's "kinda" unique because he loves to play kitchen utensils. Maybe he's a good cook someday.

I have a young friend here who is now 17 weeks pregnant and her eldest is 1 year and 6 months old little boy. Her eldest has tantrum most of the time and she can’t handle it even if it is just one little boy. Sometimes she punished her son by spanking using her hand. When the child screams, she screams also. Since she’s young parent, I gave her a little advice for her child. I know it’s not easy to understand why kids have tantrums but at such a young age, a child is consumed with thoughts of themselves. Everything is about them and how they feel. Until they are taught how to share, every toy or piece of food they see automatically belongs to them.
Toddler temper tantrums can have a variety of effects. Your first thought might be that everyone is focused on you and your screaming child, but getting embarrassed won’t diffuse the situation. Besides, as a parent, you have many more years of embarrassing situations to look forward to courtesy of your children. So worrying about what others think during this situation is simply going to stress you and make you feel worse.
Here are a few tips I gave to my friend.

1. Ignore the tantrum. This technique works best when at home. In public places, you don’t want to ever leave your child unattended as a form of punishment. Good behavior in public begins at home. Ignoring a toddler is not harsh. If your child is squirming on the floor screaming for a cookie, continue to talk to them as if you never noticed. Eventually, they will get the hint and stop screaming.

2. Avoid instant gratification. In public, toddlers throw tantrums when they are denied something that they want. Some parents give in to keep their child quiet but a child learns quickly. Tantrums will continue if they know you will cave. Simply tell them “no” and keep moving.

3. Don’t get angry. When you scream and they scream the situation is wildly out of control. You’ll end up crying and your toddler will still be screaming.

4. Praise your toddler when they behave well. Clap and celebrate when they go to the potty successfully and when they put away their toys. Good manners such as saying “please” and “thank you” deserve a smile and a hand clap as well.

5. Run errands after nap time. Kids get punchy when they get tired. A toddler misbehaves more often if they are dragged around when they are tired.

6. Carry snacks with you. Low blood sugar can lead to tantrums. If you are out longer than anticipated and lunch or dinner time is close at hand, let them eat a healthy snack to keep their hunger pains at bay and sugar levels stable.

7. Be consistent in your punishment. At home, you might use “time out” to deal with a tantrum for bad behavior. In public do the same. Sit your child on a bench for five minutes or take them to the car. Eventually they will learn that you are not a pushover and they will begin to behave.

How confident she is…

I enjoyed reading this article from Ricky Lo, our very own talented celebrity news reporter. I bet he had fun interviewing the mother of our very own Manny Pacquiao. Actually, I watched Aling Dionisia when she danced on Lucy’s TV 5 show Shall We Dance? At her age, she can dance although not really graceful and I was amazed because she can even do lifting. Well, I can’t tell that she’s really a good dancer but she has a potential to become a good dancer. So, here’s the interview of Ricky Lo to Aling Dionisia.

Conversations is retelling the free-flowing exchange as is, in Visayan-Tagalog that is.

D-I-O-N-I-S-I-A. Dionisia.”

Talaga bang mahilig na kayong sumayaw from way back?

“Oo naman. Basta type mo ang sayaw, madali kang matuto at maturuan.”

Anu-anong dance ang type mo?

“Tango, Cha-Cha, Boogie at Swing. Ang unang tinuro sa akin ng mga D.I. ay Swing.”

Linawin natin, Mommy Dionisia, ha. Nanliligaw daw ba sa’yo ang D.I. mo?

“A, hindi totoo. ‘Yung humahawak sa akin ngayon, bagong D.I. ko. ‘Yung dati, nag-abroad daw. Pinalitan ko dahil hindi niya kaya ang mga lifting. Maliit lang kasi siya, eh.”

Bakit, mabigat ka ba?

“Hindi. Ang weight ko 45 kilos lang. Matagal kami hindi nakasayaw. Sabi niya, ‘Mommy, bumigat ka’.”
What’s your height ba?

“Ay, nakalimutan ko. Nandoon sa cedula ko.”

Paano mo mini-maintain ang figure mo?

“Naga-gym ako sa GenSan, doon sa mall.”

Ano pang ibang workout mo?

Malambot man ang katawan niya. Sa bahay, naga-workout din ako habang nanonood ng aerobic na video. Anim na posisyon ‘yon. Ginagaya ko.”

A, okay.

Dati dalawa. Ngayong may threat ako, apat na.”

Balita ko tatlo daw ang cell phone n’yo.

“A, ang CP ko? Oo, tatlo. Iba-iba ang number. Dala ko palagi lahat. Isa Globe, isa Smart at isa TM.”

Para daw ako nag-debut na 18 years old. ‘Yung sa akin, debut na 60! Hahahaha!”

Sabi niya, ‘Ang ganda!’ Binigyan niya ako ng pera, malaki-laki.”

Ganoon? Magkano?

“Sobra 25 dollars.”

Ang liit!

“Twenty-five thousand dollars ‘yon. Sabi niya, ‘Kayo na ang magbili ng gusto mo, ‘Mang’.”

Naubos mo ‘yon sa shopping? Almost one million pesos ‘yon.

“Bumili ako ng mga damit, mga bag.”

Ilan na ba ang mga bag mo ngayon?

“Marami na. May mga Louis Vuitton.”

Mga gown ilan?

“Marami na rin. Dalawa galing sa US.

“A, tinago ko. Muntik kasi natanggal kanina n’ung naga-praktis kami ng dancing. Baka malaglag uli, masira. Sayang. Mahal pa naman. 300,000 ‘yan.”

“Hindi. Pesos.”

‘Yung car na binigay sa’yo ni Manny, ginagamit mo ba?

“Oo naman.”

Kumusta ‘yung house?

“Si Manny ang nagpagawa n’un. May darating pa; ipapagawa din ni Manny. Doon sa GenSan. Malaki. ‘Yung first na bahay namin, medyo maliit. Two hundred square meters lang.”

Ilang square meters ‘yung tatayuan ng bagong bahay?

“Six hundred square meters.”
Kayo ba ni Jinkee okay na? May gap daw kayo noon?

“Anong gap?”

‘Yung hindi okay sa isa’t-isa.

“A, wala. Okay kami.

Mayroon ka bang Fans Day?

Entrecard Uner New Management

Hello World!

When I opened my email this morning, I was happy to see that I have email from Entrecard but when I opened the whole page, the feeling, mood and excitement had been changed because it was just news of new management and not the payment that I expected to them. I applied cashout for my 35,000 EC credits in the first week of June but until now, I never heard anything from them. EC is now under new management. I am not sure if it is good or bad news but I was thinking it is bad news since most of the EC members have their credits already and what if the new management will start from zero credits. So, here is the news from Entrecard. To EC members/droppers, I will be happy if I will hear your opinion about this news. I am sure all members receive this news too.

Dear Entrecarders,

It is with great excitement that I announce, Inc. has
been acquired by Los Angeles based ZipRunner Inc.

ZipRunner has the resources, vision, and dedication to Entrecard that
will allow it to grow in pursuit of the vision I laid out nearly two
years ago.

Moving forward, my relationship to Entrecard will be that of an
adviser, and I will help the good folks at ZipRunner take the whole
project to the next level. Expect a follow up communication from them very soon.

ZipRunner Inc. was chosen out of a number of potential suitors because
of the resources they can dedicate to the project, their exciting
vision for the company's future, and their understanding of social
media and the blogosphere.

I urge you all to look forward to a bigger, better Entrecard, and I
couldn't be more proud to bring it to this point before passing the
torch. I've heard first hand all the great things that are in store
for the company and it's members, and needless to say it has me quite

If you would like to keep in touch with me in the future, your can
find me at my new blog where I look forward to
sharing my stories of entrepreneurship and starting/running internet

Whether you love or hate the decisions I've made for Entrecard in the
past, I always did the best I could to move the company forward given
the resources I had, and I always had the best interest of the members
in mind. Now, with new management and ownership stepping in, I urge
anyone who has left the service to give it another chance, and I urge
those who have been loyal members for days, weeks, months, or years to
look forward to a brighter future, a reliable and stable service, and
great new features and strategic direction.

Signing Off,
Graham Langdon

Chicken Barbeque

My brother in Canada emailed me just to ask the ingredients of my chicken barbeque here. Every time he misses our foods here, he asked for the ingredients of it. He also likes my fresh fruit shell salad, Filipino style spaghetti and even my pancit canton (noodles), oh he loves those. So, I emailed him back and I gave this simple Filipino style chicken barbeque.

Barbeque Chicken in Oyster Sauce

1/2 kg chicken thighs
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 tbsp ginger strips
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil

1. Marinate chicken thighs in the remaining ingredients for about 4 hours.
2. Grill in charcoal or on an electric grill. Brush chicken with marinade every once in a while to prevent drying. Serve with favorite pickle and hot rice.

My Page Rank

Hi Everyone..

You know what? I was so happy today when I opened my Mom’s Place blog. I was visiting my friend’s blog and I saw one of my friends got a higher PR now. I was happy for her and at the same time I was feeling envy because I know my PR runs and never come back. I was thinking maybe Mr. Google punished me for having invalid clicks for my adsense ads. So, I just left my friend’s blog and continued visiting other blogs as I do every day. When I was done, it came to mind to look for my PR. PR is back. Finally, Mr. Google was here and pay attention to my blog. Wow.. I have now PR 2. I am so happy, delighted, in high spirit today because of Mr. Google. I am now expressing my gratitude to Mr. Google for acknowledging my work. Thank you so much.

The fruit and the tree

The other day, we went to my Aunt house just to get fruits from their tree. My Aunt was not there and only my uncle was inside the house. I called him just to ask permission that we will going to get some fruits on the tree. He replied on a very low and trembling voice like an old man but actually he’s not really old. I asked what happened to him, he said, he has arthritis again and he can’t stand straight. Oh bad, I said. And then uncle told me that we can get the fruit as plenty as we can. Since uncle can’t help us to get the fruit, it was my youngest son who climbed up to the tree. He picked up the fruits on the tree and threw it to me. He enjoyed what he was doing and I enjoyed catching the fruit too but it was also too tiring looking up above. I told my son to stop because my neck was started to numb. He stopped picking the fruits but he was eating up on the tree. Nice view I said. The white monkey is eating on the

We called this fruit here as “Tambis”. I don’t know if there is a fruit like this in other countries. The taste is bland and I just dip it to a spicy vinegar and salt then enjoy!! So, here are the pictures of the tree and the fruits. Hope you enjoy it.

Veterinary Supplies

My husband used to be a horse rider when he was young, participating in the rodeo a lot of times. He loves horses and he really cares for his horse. When it comes to the health of his horse, he is so picky in using the right medication just to maintain the health of his handsome horse. He wanted his horse always in good shape. He is lucky because he found a pharmacy that has complete veterinary supplies. This pharmacy has a complete line of products for your horse, whether a trail horse, show horse, and even for your performing athletic horse. They have good quality products and supplies because they are so strict in getting raw compound materials for their products. They make sure when compounding medication, each product is not yet available in the market. Their pharmacists are extensively experienced in veterinary compounding and are always ready for your questions and consultation. They also provide same day delivery for your orders near to their area in Lexington, Kentucky and the nearby areas are free delivery, and for those outside their area, they make sure that they can deliver your order as quickly as possible. So, if you have horses, and you want them to be in good shape always, this place is right for you. Visit now.
