These are a few of the simplest ways on how to slow down the signs of aging skin.
1. Use high SPF (Sun Protection Factor) sunscreen lotion, preferably with zinc oxide or titanium oxide to protect you from the harmful rays of the sun. This sunscreen lotion is not just for summer days or to protect you at the beach. You can use it anytime if the sun is so hot.
2. Eat a proper Anti-Aging Diet like vegetables and fruits daily and fish high in omega-3s three times a week to help your skin keep from aging from the inside out. Drink plenty of water too and eat a fiber-rich diet to reap the most benefits for your skin.
3. Anti-Aging cream and moisturizer; this is an important part of an overall, anti-aging skin care program. The cream must have one of two key ingredients, Matrixyl or Argireline.
4. If skin especially on the face is totally damaged now and has lots of wrinkles, talk to a dermatologist.
